From our experience, the degree of the potential success that a business idea may have or may bring to the table depends not only on the feasibility of the business itself but also to the extent that is amalgamated with the preparedness of the business owner(s) and its personal wealth profile and ambitions.
We call these three factors value wheels. Each one influences one another through out time and may pose limits or increase the potential of the business to generate success and make it sustainable.

  • The focus of our advise is on the definition of what we call the CEO agenda, the value wheel that contains the plan to bring the business to a winning stage.
  • The FOUNDER agenda is also of vital importance. It refers to the personal objectives, aptitudes and readiness of the person in charge to undertake the risks of the endeavor.
  • The WEALTHY agenda is about the current state and future capacity of the system as a whole to create, maximize, sustain and protect the wealth of those closely involved in the business opportunity.

Imagine for a moment that the entity that we call business is an instrument, a tool or a vehicle, that allows us to execute different activities all destined to produce money! It could be said that this instrument that we call business is composed of ten areas or elements, all of which have to be executed in total harmony and at its best to maximize the amount of money that can be produced.
The ten areas can be grouped into four revenue generating activities, three cost generating activities and three forces that make all the difference when wrapping the business model. Those ten areas summarize pretty much the components that make a company function. If you lack capacity to execute some of those activities or if they are not performing well individually or in synchrony, the business may not be performing at its full potential.
